Nancy's previous experience in the corporate sector includes designing and managing a corporate career management process, training and curriculum design for all levels of the organization, managing a network of education centers, and leading a corporate diversity initiative.
As founder of her own talent management consulting firm, Nancy designs and delivers leadership and career management workshops. Nancy led the design team that created an award winning career management web site application for a Fortune 100 organization
